Effective September 30, 2026. These terms apply to Neriya Tech Academy websites, learner accounts, programs and support services.

Learning access

Purchased access is assigned to the learner account and email used at checkout. Access credentials and protected materials may not be shared, resold, copied or redistributed.

Educational services

Program descriptions identify the intended curriculum, delivery format and learner evidence. Cohort dates, instructors and live-session times may vary and are confirmed before the relevant cohort begins. Neriya may update lessons when technologies, examinations or professional practices change.

Career and certification outcomes

Neriya provides education, practice, feedback and certification-preparation support. Employment offers, compensation, promotions and external certification results depend on individual performance and external organizations and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected materials, disrupt the service, impersonate another person or use the platform unlawfully.
