Shreekant Amrute is the Chief Executive Officer of Neriya Tech Academy, bringing more than two decades of experience in technology leadership, enterprise service delivery, global customer support and business process improvement. His knowledge of artificial intelligence and cloud technologies complements a career focused on connecting technical capabilities with business needs and customer success.
His professional background includes Service Delivery Manager at UST and Director of Global Customer Support roles with Orbis Technologies and RSI Content Solutions. His experience spans the design and implementation of global support solutions for SaaS, on-premises and hybrid software environments, with an emphasis on service quality, operational performance and lasting client relationships.
Shreekant spent more than 16 years at IBM, serving in project executive, brand project executive and advisory project management roles. His responsibilities included technical support leadership across international markets. During an onsite assignment in Siena, Italy, he worked on business process management, aligning performance measures, resource capacity and process improvements with organizational objectives.

His educational background includes studies at the University of Mumbai. His professional credentials include IBM Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Blockchain SCALE V1 and Claude Certified Associate – Foundations, issued by Anthropic in August 2026 with an August 2027 expiry.
