Keeping learner success at the center.

Sharon Ndi serves as Adviser, Learner Success & Career Development within Neriya Tech Academy’s Strategy & Advisory department. Her role focuses on offering guidance that helps the academy connect practical learning with professional confidence, clear communication and preparation for workplace responsibilities.

Working with academy leadership, Sharon advises on how learners experience Neriya from onboarding through program participation and career preparation. Her advisory scope includes reviewing feedback, identifying opportunities to improve communication and support, and recommending practical changes that make the learner journey clearer and more consistent.

Neriya’s mission is to help learners understand what they build, explain their choices and demonstrate their skills with confidence. Sharon’s role supports this mission by encouraging an approach to career development that connects project evidence, interview preparation and professional conduct with each member’s goals.

She collaborates with Career Services, instructors and other relevant teams to help leadership consider the learner’s perspective when developing programs and support initiatives. Her remit also includes advising on mentorship, community engagement and suitable professional partnerships that can strengthen the academy’s learning environment.
