Expertise connected by purpose.
Neriya Tech Academy operates remotely, connecting technology trainers and specialists through online collaboration and scheduled live delivery.
This policy applies to remote work carried out for Neriya by team members, trainers and other engaged specialists, as relevant to their responsibilities. It describes how our team works and the career readiness standards our trainers uphold. Learner enrollment and course access are covered by our enrollment policy.
Agree the work.
Set clear responsibilities, deliverables, availability and communication channels at the start of an engagement.
Honor the commitment.
Be prepared, meet agreed deadlines and raise risks early enough for the team to act.
Work across differences.
Collaborate professionally across locations, time zones and backgrounds. Keep communication constructive and respectful.
Make expertise useful.
Connect technical knowledge to clear explanations, practical work and feedback people can act on.
Flexibility with clear handoffs.
Remote work does not mean unrestricted hours. Each role has an agreed schedule, including any live classes, meetings, project reviews and response expectations.
- Make time zones explicit. Confirm the date, time and time zone for live commitments, including daylight-saving changes where relevant.
- Document the next step. Capture decisions, deliverables, owners and deadlines in the agreed Neriya workspace.
- Keep handoffs usable. Give the next person enough context to continue without guessing.
- Flag changes early. Notify the appropriate Neriya contact promptly if availability, a deadline or a live session is at risk.
Use the collaboration tools and communication channels agreed for your engagement. Specific response times and meeting requirements are established with the responsible Neriya team contact.
Live expertise deserves preparation.
Trainers are expected to arrive prepared for scheduled instruction and use the approved course scope and learning environment.
- Prepare explanations, demonstrations and practical activities appropriate to the learners and course objectives.
- Use a suitable workspace, dependable connectivity and working audio for live delivery. Report technical disruptions promptly.
- Provide constructive feedback and route learner concerns through the agreed support process.
- Keep attendance, assignments and delivery updates in the designated Neriya systems where required.
- Record or share sessions only through approved processes and with the required notice and permissions.
Teaching assignments follow confirmed demand.
Trainer onboarding or inclusion in Neriya’s expert network does not by itself guarantee a cohort, start date, minimum teaching hours or ongoing work. Assignments and compensation are confirmed separately in writing and may depend on learner enrollment.
Protect trust in every interaction.
Keep learner details, business information and restricted learning materials within approved Neriya systems. Access information only as needed for your assigned work.
- Protect account access. Use strong passwords and available multifactor authentication. Do not share credentials.
- Respect curriculum access. Public information provides course overviews. Full curriculum and paid class materials must remain within authorized access arrangements.
- Use safe examples. Demonstrations and projects should use authorized lab environments and nonconfidential or appropriately anonymized information.
- Apply human judgment to AI. Verify AI-assisted content before using it in teaching or delivery. Do not enter confidential business or learner information into unapproved AI tools.
- Report concerns promptly. Raise suspected data exposure, security incidents or inappropriate conduct with the Neriya team.
See our privacy policy for information about personal data.
Competence before career endorsement.
Completing a course is a milestone. Demonstrating the ability to perform the work is the standard for Neriya’s career readiness approval.
Before Neriya marks a learner as ready for supported job applications, endorses their readiness for a role, or provides employer referrals or placement introductions, the learner must demonstrate the competencies relevant to that role through a human-reviewed assessment.
- Practical capability. Complete required assignments, hands-on work and the capstone or equivalent practical assessment for the learning path.
- Independent understanding. Explain decisions, troubleshoot realistic problems and demonstrate the work without relying on unverified AI output or someone else’s answers.
- Professional judgment. Show appropriate communication, responsible tool use and awareness of the security, quality and ethical expectations relevant to the role.
- Evidence and review. An instructor or designated reviewer assesses the learner against documented, role-relevant criteria, records the outcome and explains any gaps.
More practice when it is needed.
Learners who have not yet met the required standard will not receive Neriya’s career readiness approval, endorsement, employer referrals or placement introductions. They will receive feedback, a targeted improvement plan and an opportunity for reassessment. The team will explain any applicable support terms or charges before additional services are agreed.
Learners may request a review of an assessment decision through the Neriya team. Neriya’s approval governs its own career support and representations; learners remain free to seek employment independently. Learners must describe their skills and qualifications accurately and must not claim Neriya endorsement that has not been granted.
Career readiness approval is specific to the assessed role and evidence. It does not guarantee employment or replace an employer’s own hiring assessment.
Clear terms for every engagement.
Responsibilities, compensation, work location arrangements, equipment requirements, schedules and any applicable benefits are set out in the relevant written agreement or offer.
This page does not establish a standard benefits package, location-based pay formula, employment classification or guaranteed volume of work. Refer to your individual agreement for the terms that apply to you.
Neriya may update this policy as its operating model develops. Changes to individual contractual terms follow the applicable agreement.
A few practical questions.
Can I choose any working hours?
Availability is agreed for your role. Scheduled classes, meetings and delivery deadlines must be honored; flexibility outside those commitments depends on the engagement.
Does joining the trainer network guarantee teaching work?
No. Teaching assignments require separate confirmation and may depend on learner enrollment and program needs.
Does this policy describe student learning arrangements?
It primarily describes work carried out for Neriya and includes the learner career readiness standard our trainers uphold. Students should also refer to their course information, learning workspace and enrollment policy.
