How referral payouts work

Eligible rewards are reviewed before approval. Payment is completed manually and recorded in your reward ledger.

A qualifying learner earns a $150 reward for their referrer

Your combined learner and free-community invitation preserves the original referrer. Expert trainer invitations remain separate and use the existing trainer referral link. Joining the free community earns no referral reward. Trainer applications alone earn no commission. A $25 commission applies when a referred instructor based in South Asia, with extensive enterprise experience and the expertise to teach Neriya Tech Academy learners in any course offered in our Career Paths Catalog, is hired. The owner verifies eligibility and the hire before arranging a manual payout.

The current configured live rules require an eligible paid learner enrollment, at least $1,000 collected, attribution within 90 days, and full payment of any installment plan. Self-referrals are excluded. A payment return page alone cannot create a reward.

From payment to payout

  1. Pending review: Stripe verifies payment and the backend checks enrollment eligibility. One reward is recorded per qualifying entitlement.
  2. 14-day refund review: The reward waits until its review date. Refunded, disputed or ineligible purchases must not be approved.
  3. Owner approval: The verified platform owner checks the purchase, referrer and eligibility. An approved reward has not yet been paid.
  4. Manual payout: The owner verifies payout details privately with the referrer and pays through an agreed payment method. This website does not initiate a bank transfer or Stripe payout.
  5. Paid confirmation: After the transfer is confirmed, the owner opens the reward review dashboard and records the actual payout reference and paid date. These appear in the referrer's reward ledger.

Rejected or reversed rewards remain visible with their status. A duplicate payment notification must not produce another reward.

Launch status

Live checkout is available, including installment options. Referral activity and recorded rewards appear in your dashboard. Qualifying paid learner enrollments are checked for reward eligibility before entering review. The owner reviews rewards and records approval, rejection and confirmed manual payouts. Referral payouts are completed manually; automatic payouts are not enabled.
